Who we are

What we collect
- Briefs you send: name, brand, city, channel, notes.
- Brand desk login: brand name and access code, kept in your browser session only.
- Site requests from a brand: city, barangay, format, quantity — so accounting can post paid walls.
- Store inventory we already hold: store name, address, photos of the fascia, contract dates, fees. We do not publish store phone numbers on the public or brand map.
Why
To answer a brief, to run a 90-day pack, to prove a posting with dated photos, and to show a brand only its own walls. Legal bases under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012: contract, legitimate interest in running a posting network, and consent where you tick a form.
Who sees it
ADROOM operations and accounting. A brand sees only the walls assigned to that brand after payment. We do not sell the field list. Hosting and map tiles (OpenStreetMap / Esri) see ordinary web logs.
How long
Briefs and request rows stay while the flight is live and a reasonable archive after. Session codes drop when you sign out or close the tab. Photos stay as proof of presence for the contract window.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, or delete personal data we hold on you, or to withdraw a brief. Write the desk from the Book a wall form or the brand dashboard. NPC complaints follow the National Privacy Commission process.
